plungers for disposable syringes, pumps for droppers, special articles in rubber

rubber pumps for droppersThe research and production of rubber pumps for droppers (also called rubber bulbs, teats, or caps) comes from extensive experience in the vulcanisation of rubber compounds suitable to produce articles for the para-pharmaceutical and surgical industries. They are suitable both for the administration of medications and dietary supplements, and for the cosmetics industry. The current production of pumps in different colours and compounds includes capacities of 0.75 and 1 ml, and diameters of 16, 23 and 25 mm. All the compounds used in the production:

  • are latex-free and 2MBT-free;

  • comply with the Italian and European Pharmacopoeia for Type II rubber closures;

  • have passed the food contact tests in accordance with the regulation (EC) 1935/2004 (DM 21.03.73) and the FDA (CFR 21 177.2600).

No substances restricted by REACH are contained in the raw materials or semi-finished products used to make our compounds, which meet the ROHS requirements. The compounds does not contain nanomaterials, bisphenols and phthalates.
